At my house, Halloween means dressing up to visit a few (and I mean, like three) of our neighbors and giving out candy. But this year, my boys wanted to do that as the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles. Again. Last year, t-shirts sufficed, but this year they wanted something more elaborate.
Being that I am 50% procrastination, and 40% cheap (the other 10% is sugar and spice, etc), I ended up having to use a little creativity this year. $25 later—I present to you, the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles!
I know, it looks kind of thrown together, but they like it. Plus, the costumes work perfectly. They’ve been doing a mix of ninja fighting and crying over boo boos since they put them on.
I’ll be out late teaching tonight. Have fun, Daddy!
