We opened it and found it was indeed a “rare visual feast” which means, it has no words. This is what happens when I don’t double check the books the kids put in the bag. It’s a fine concept, but I like books with lots of words and good vocab. Anyway, I thought, hey I’ll catch a break and let them “read” this one themselves. But no, my 4 year old closed the book and said,
“I’ll pick another one. The author made a mistake and forgot to write the words in this one.”
I love that he used the word author.
